Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will you manage any website?
A: We will manage any self-hosted WordPress website for you. We’ll care for it as we do our own websites.
Q: Can I switch between the plans as needed?
A: Yes, simply email our team at support@websitecreationworkshop.com to change your plan based on your preference.
Q: Can you tell me more about your cancellation policy?
A: You can cancel your WordPress Website Care Service at any time by emailing us at support@websitecreationworkshop.com. Please contact us at least 5 business days before your next renewal date to ensure your cancellation is processed before your next payment.
Once canceled, your plan will not renew, but your website will continue to receive care through the end of your current prepaid billing period.
Because all plans are prepaid, payments are non-refundable and we do not offer full or partial refunds for unused time.
If your plan includes premium software licenses provided by us, access to those licenses will end when your WordPress Website Care Service ends.
Q: What happens if my card declines?
A: If we’re unable to process your renewal payment, we’ll notify you so you have an opportunity to update your payment information. Your service will remain active for a 7-day grace period. If payment is not received within that time, your WordPress Website Care Service will end. A $50 reconnect fee will apply to restart your service after the grace period.
Q: Will my plan automatically renew?
A: Yes. Both plans automatically renew so your website maintenance continues without interruption. Your card on file will be charged at the beginning of each new billing period unless you cancel your service.
Q: What login information do you need after I signup?
A: We’ll need administrator access to your WordPress website. You can give us your login information, and we’ll log in and create a separate admin login for our team.
For the Basic plan, we will not need access to your web hosting / cPanel. For the Standard and Premium plans, we will need access to keep your PHP updated.
Q: Can I move my plan between multiple websites?
A: Our WordPress website care service is for a single website. If you have more than one website, please email us for bulk discount information.
Q: What happens if an update breaks my site?
A: In the rare case where an update breaks your site, we will immediately restore your website with the latest copy of the backup.
Q: What are your support hours?
A: We strive to answer all e-mail support requests as soon as possible. Our staff will reply to your request within 24-48 business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding all US Federal holidays and weekends. If your request comes in on a Friday or the weekend, we will get back to you on the next business day.
Note – We do not respond to email during these additional company holiday days off: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day (The day after Christmas), plus Good Friday (the Friday before Easter).
