Q: Will you manage any website?
A: We will manage any self-hosted WordPress website for you. We’ll care for it as we do our websites.
Q: Can I switch between the plans as needed?
A: Yes, simply email our team at support@websitecreationworkshop.com to change your plan based on your preference.
Q: Can you tell me more about your refund/cancellation policy?
A: With the Website Creation Workshop, you are always safe. If we don’t provide the services outlined above, we will give you a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
For the annual package, you can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. You can cancel either of these plans at anytime but after 14 days there are no refunds. We’ll continue to provide maintenance service for the remainder of the year unless you direct us otherwise.
To cancel the service just email our support team with at least 5 days advance notice before your next payment and request to cancel.
Q: What happens if my card declines?
A: If a card is declining, service will be terminated after 7 days and there will be a $50 reconnect fee.
Q: Will my plan automatically renew?
A: Yes, both the monthly and annual will auto-renew and your card will be charged to ensure there is no lapse of maintenance coverage for your website.
Q: What login information do you need after I signup?
A: We’ll need administrator access to your WordPress website. You can create a separate admin login for our team.
Most of the time we will NOT need access to your web hosting / cPanel. If we do, we’ll let you know.
Q: Can I move my plan between multiple websites?
A: Our website maintenance service is for a single website. If you have more than one website, please email us for bulk discount information.
Q: What happens if an update breaks my site?
A: In the rare case where an update breaks your site, we will immediately restore your website with the latest copy of the backup.
Q: What are your support hours?
A: We strive to answer all e-mail support requests as soon as possible. Our staff will reply to your request within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding all US Federal holidays and weekends. If your request comes in on a Friday or the weekend, we will get back to you on the next business day.
Note – We do not respond to email during these additional company holiday days off: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day (The day after Christmas), plus Good Friday (the Friday before Easter).
